Gap analysis

If you’d like a gap analysis to assess how compliant you already are against a particular standard (or standards) and detail how much work you need to do to get you over the line, we can help. We provide a clause by clause report and can help you in filling the gaps if needed.

Internal Audits

Many businesses don’t have a dedicated team of resources to deliver their internal audit programme and we are happy to help. From assisting in developing the annual schedule to carrying out and reporting the audits. Our team also helps track progress of any non-conformances raised and is available to attend management review and submit information on trends for the programme to the senior management.

Supplier Audits

Mock audits

Similar to a gap analysis, but with more focus on “walk the walk” rather than “talk the talk”, this can be a reassuring exercise for some businesses to go through before their main external audit.

We will come in and carry out a sample audit, as though it were the main event, and give feedback and a report detailing any areas where we find a lack of consistency, or weakness, which would hinder certification.

Contract audits

Occasionally a specific type of internal audit is requested. If you have a key contract and compliance with all clauses is vital then it may be useful to get an independent assessment of your performance against the requirements.
